CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TREATMENTS

My goal is to provide quality treatments in a timely manner.  I want to be available for your needs and the needs of all my clients, when a client doesn't attend for a scheduled appointment, another client loses the opportunity to be seen.

Please be aware of my cancellation policy:-

If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment you will not be charged.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of your treatment cost will be charged. 

If you don’t cancel and fail to arrive for your treatment you will be required to pay 100% of your appointment fee and can only rebook once this has been paid.

This policy also applies to gift voucher bookings.
