Learn how to self-heal with Reiki

Have you ever thought about learning how to self-heal with Reiki?

At Calm in Kent I will be teaching Reiki Level 1 in July (restrictions permitting). 

Level 1 is one day of training (in person, not online), and is the first exciting step of the wonderful healing energy of Reiki and will teach you the principles and history of 
Usui Reiki and the techniques for self-healing.  

These certified courses offer students a chance to learn about the principles and history of Reiki. Starting with Reiki healing for themselves and progressing 
to giving Reiki to their loved ones. 

Spaces are limited, this will be a small group 2-4 students.
