Beginners Meditation


All online guided meditation sessions are suitable for both beginners and those more experienced.


Many people think they can't meditate. The most common things people say are "I can't empty my mind", "I can't sit for hours on end" or "I can't sit cross legged". You don't have to do any of these things to meditate. You can learn to meditate even if you only have a few minutes to do it each day, get started and find a meditation to fit into your lifestyle.

Meditation affects the body in the opposite way to stress, by triggering the relaxation response it restores the body to a calm state, helping the body to repair itself and preventing the physical effects of stress.


I offer meditation as 1-1 sessions on Zoom at present or in groups on Zoom. The 1-1 session lasts approximately 30 minutes and costs £30. The group sessions last approximately 45 mins and cost £8 per person. Payment is made by PayPal or bank transfer. 


In these sessions we explore different types of meditation starting with

breath awareness, body scan and guided meditation.
